This committee will consist of facility administrators and/or their designees.  The committee will have three purposes: 1) to identify methods, barriers and solutions for information/data collection; 2) to inform membership of benefits of uniform data collection; and 3) to develop and distribute a yearly survey to collect uniform information from the centers.
