The Training Committee consists of the elected chair and employees responsible for training of each Facility Member.  The Training Committee makes recommendations to the Members regarding training and will guide and direct by promoting sound policies and practices consistent with the Juvenile Detention Program Standards and balance and Restorative Justice philosophy.  The Training Committee will submit a written report of its activities at the annual meeting of Members.  The chairman of the Training Committee shall be elected every two years in the odd numbered years.
